Our large format CO2 laser cutters have no problem processing acrylic, Baltic birch plywood, tempered hardboard, and many other non-metallic materials.

We can also handle your strange shaped item using custom jigging and other techniques.
Laser Cutting Small Parts and Precious Metals
Our fiber laser is able to cut small parts up to 1mm thick out of any metals, including gold, silver, copper, titanium, brass, bronze, and more. Perfect for cutting jewelery blanks, cutting holes in small objects, or cutting out sheet metal templates.
Commercial and Industrial Edge Metal
Looking for 0.032" C6 aluminum drip edge in Boston? No problem. We cut and bend aluminum, copper, and galvinized steel up to 0.050" thick in 10 foot lengths. Commonly made products include C6 dripedge, F6 dripedge, copper ridge cap, and gravel stop with locking strip. Quick turnaround times and local delivery!
CNC Plasma Cutting
Our CNC Plasma capabilities extend to processing full sheets of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum at thickness up to 1/2". Combined with our welding services, custom assemblies are quick and easy.
MIG / TIG Welding
This is how we started and while we are very excited about digital fabrication, we appreciate that the core of most operations involves welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to create strong and precise three dimensional objects. Whether decorative, structural, or mechanical we love to weld!
CNC Machining / Turning
The newest arrow in our quiver, we are now beginning to offer CNC milling and turning operations for metal parts. Our CNC knee mill and lathe can precisely manufacture your small to medium quantity job of custom milled parts.
